At GBR Consulting, we conduct comprehensive visitor satisfaction surveys to support the strategic development of destinations. These surveys provide a clear visitor profile and measure the overall experience, helping to identify strengths and areas for improvement.   • Demographics: Age, nationality, and travel group composition (solo, couple, friends, etc.).
  • Purpose of Visit: Primary reasons for the trip.
  • Destination Choice: Key factors influencing the decision to visit.
  • Expenditures (excluding accommodation and transport):
    • Attractions and entertainment
    • Restaurants, cafés, bars, and snacks
    • Shopping
    • Other expenses
  • Experience Assessment: Activities and attractions visited during the trip
  • Satisfaction Ratings: Evaluation of various aspects, including accessibility, personality of the destination, restaurants, accommodations, public cleanliness, road conditions, and more.

The approved questionnaire is provided in both printed and electronic formats, hosted on our secure server. The online version is fully responsive and accessible via QR code or link.

Upon completion, GBR Consulting processes offline questionnaires, conducts in-depth analysis, and delivers a detailed report of the results. In cooperation with the Attica Hotel Association and the Thessaloniki Hotel Association we conduct on an annual basis a survey among hotel guests to measure their satisfaction on the destination. This year we have started visitor satisfaction survey in cooperation with the municipality of Nafplio, in the regional unit of Argolida, Peloponnese.
