Since 2003, GBR Consulting has collected and analysed monthly hotel performance data in Greece, initially in Athens and today across city and resort markets. Our benchmark platform covers some 40,000 rooms and around €2 billion in annual net revenue, complemented by visitor profile and satisfaction surveys and extensive databases on hotel properties, chains, transactions, financial performance, CAPEX benchmarks and development pipelines.

Our advisory work draws on aggregated market benchmarks and non-identifiable market intelligence. Individual participant data remain confidential and are used only in accordance with the applicable confidentiality arrangements.
